How long does the escrow process take?
Typically 1-3 business days after the seller provides the digital asset and access credentials.
What if there's a dispute?
Our support team mediates disputes and ensures fair resolution based on the evidence provided.
Are there any fees?
However, to satisfy your interest, we inform you that in the end there are three commissions:
1. Payment system commission for making a payment.
Different payment systems have different commissions, and that is why the cost of goods differs depending on the chosen payment method.
Please note that if you cancel your order, this commission will not be refunded, but you will be able to pay from your balance without it.
2. Akshen.com commission.
Akshen.com's commission is charged on completed orders. This means that the seller receives less money than the buyer paid (the seller receives exactly as much as he indicated in his interface).
In case the seller refunds the order, Akshen.com also refunds its commission (automatically).
Akshen.com commission varies in different sections and averages around 9%. In many sections Akshen.com commission is 5%, but in some sections it is significantly higher.
